Swapping an O for a 0, or for a lookalike letter from another alphabet, won't fool the name check.

## How it works

- The app simplifies a name before it compares: it drops accents, turns digits into letters and turns letters from other alphabets into ours.
- So @itau, @ltau and @1tau count as the same name.
- It applies to usernames and to the name shown in the chat.
