# Bipe for Brazilians abroad

People who live abroad change numbers and go days without calling home. Scammers use that: they say they are you, with a new number. On Bipe, your @ stays the same when your SIM changes, and your family knows who they are talking to.

**Far from home, and nobody uses your name with your family.**

(On iPhone, Bipe is in testing through TestFlight. There is no Android version yet. The verified seal is still coming.)

## Your @ doesn't change with the SIM

You change country and SIM, and your @ stays the same. Anyone with your link can reach you anywhere.

- [Usernames](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/usernames/) (iPhone: In the test app; Android: In development): Chat by @, without giving out your number.
- [Link and QR code](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/link-and-qr-code/) (iPhone: In the test app; Android: In development): proseio.com.br/@you opens a chat in the app.
- [Find your contacts](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/find-your-contacts/) (iPhone: Coming soon; Android: Coming soon): People you already know show up on Bipe from day one, if they choose to.

## Your family knows it's you

The seal carries your verified name. If someone uses your photo with another number, the message arrives as a request, and a warning appears on a rushed Pix request.

- [Verified seal](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/verified-seal/) (iPhone: Coming soon; Android: Coming soon): Free verification through Pix or gov.br. The seal comes with the verified name.
- [Is that really Mom?](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/is-that-really-mom/) (iPhone: Coming soon; Android: Coming soon): If the contact saved as Mom has a different verified name, the app asks if it's the same person.
- [Message requests](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/message-requests/) (iPhone: In the test app; Android: In development): People who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request. You accept it or ignore it.
- [Scam warnings](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/scam-warnings/) (iPhone: In the test app; Android: In development): A warning appears under a message that looks like a scam: a rushed Pix, a new number, a boleto, a receipt.

## From anywhere, with the same account

Your account lives on your phone, not on your number. New phone, new SIM or new country, you get back into your account with no SMS code. Every chat is end-to-end encrypted, and the servers are in Brazil.

- [Your account lives on your phone](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/account-on-your-phone/) (iPhone: Coming soon; Android: Coming soon): No email required and no hard password to remember. You pick an 8-digit PIN, like the one for your bank.
- [New phone, same account](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/new-phone/) (iPhone: Coming soon; Android: Coming soon): Got a new phone or lost yours? There is more than one way back into your account, and none goes through an SMS code.
- [End to end](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/end-to-end/) (iPhone: In the test app; Android: In development): Every new chat is encrypted end to end.
- [No SMS codes](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/no-sms-codes/) (iPhone: In the test app; Android: In development): Whoever takes your SIM does not get your account. Bipe has no SMS code to ask for.
- [Servers in Brazil](https://proseio.com.br/en/features/servers-in-brazil/) (iPhone: Always; Android: Always): Chats live on servers in Brazil, run by Brazilian companies.
