# Trust · Proseio

When a message looks like a scam, a warning shows up right under it and tells you what to do. People who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request. Soon, a seal shows who is who, and a bank's name stays with the bank.

- The check runs on your phone, so the message never leaves it.
- The warning says what to do: call the person, check your bank app.
- Coming soon: a seal with the verified name, free and optional. Swapping an O for a 0 won't fool the name check.

- Scam warnings (In the test app): A warning appears under a message that looks like a scam: a rushed Pix, a new number, a boleto, a receipt.
- Message requests (In the test app): People who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request. You accept it or ignore it.
- A pause before paying (Coming soon): When a money request looks suspicious, copy and pay stay locked for 5 seconds. The pause breaks the scammer's rush.
- Verified seal (Coming soon): Free verification through Pix or gov.br. The seal comes with the verified name.
- Reserved names (Coming soon): Bank, government and Proseio names are kept for the institution's verified account.
- Disguised letters (Coming soon): Swapping an O for a 0, or for a lookalike letter from another alphabet, won't fool the name check.
- Is that really Mom? (Coming soon): If the contact saved as Mom has a different verified name, the app asks if it's the same person.
