Who Bipe is for · Families

Nobody can pose as you with your mom.

The fake-relative scam starts with a photo and a new number. On Bipe, people who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request, a message that looks like a scam comes with a warning, and the seal will show who is who.

On iPhone, scam warnings and message requests are in the test app. The seal and the question about Mom are still coming. There is no Android version yet.

A warning before the Pix

A rushed Pix, a new number, a boleto, a receipt screenshot: the warning appears under the message and says what to do. On a suspicious money request, copy and pay stay locked for 5 seconds.

Who is who

The seal carries the name your bank checked. If the contact saved as Mom has a different verified name, the app asks if it is the same person.

Strangers don't walk in

People who aren't in your contacts arrive as a request. And with no SMS code, whoever clones the SIM doesn't get the account.

An account with no hard password

Mom and dad don't need an email or a complicated password. The account lives on the phone, with an 8-digit PIN, like their bank's. If the phone breaks or goes missing, there is more than one way back to the account, and someone in the family can help.

Pay the right name

A Pix request shows the name your bank will show. If you see another name, don't pay.

Bring the family

Send an invite, and whoever joins lands straight in your chat. The family group only rings when it's about you.
